Our cuisine is simple, Mediterranean.
It explores and reinvents traditional dishes from Cilento and Campania region,

employing local land and sea products, fresh and of the highest quality.

We cultivate the land of these stony hills and grow seasonal vegetables,

we produce figs, almonds, olives and extra virgin olive oil.

From the nearby ports of San Marco di Castellabate, San Nicola and Acciaroli,

thanks to the skilled local fishermen, we buy the catch of the day.

We proudly support small local producers of wines, cured meats, grains, dairy products and cheeses:

attentive and sensitive we bring their products on our table, through our dishes.
